Karaktär is a new character art consultancy, currently taking shape. The studio brings twenty-plus years of AAA experience to the questions that decide a character: who are they, how do they read, and what does the silhouette do at thirty meters.
Day to day that means art direction, design, sculpt, and texture. The pass that pulls a piece together — before the rig, after the concept, in the bit where finish lives. And, when a long export chain becomes unbearable, the small Maya script that fixes it.
The studio works on-site or remote, co-dev with an existing team or independently on a defined slice. The right answer is whichever lets the work get finished.

Art direction.
The pass that decides who a character is. Silhouette, costume language, the read at thirty meters. Brief-to-pitch, or concept-to-final on a small team.
Character design.
Concept and design work for heroes, NPCs, costumes, and creature rosters. Grounded shapes, real materials, choices that survive into the sculpt.
Sculpt & finish.
High-fidelity character sculpting, texturing, and look development for real-time engines. The bit where finish lives — the pass that makes a piece feel made, not assembled.
